Key strategies for academic success
Course focus
Though EDUC-X 157 only meets once a week, this course can have a tremendous impact if you want extra support in keeping up good habits that you learned in your previous SAC course. We help you to move past Academic Probation into a meaningful and successful education at IU. This course is co-taught by Peer Instructors who themselves have put academic probation in the past and moved on to a rich educational experience.
Engagement
You will complete a campus engagement project to help strengthen your connection to the IUB community through involvement with on-campus organizations and resources.
Growth
You will receive ongoing support through journaling, goal tracking, and small group mentoring sessions to help you understand yourself better as a student.
