Chip came to the Student Academic Center in 1999 and became Director in 2004. He graduated from Goshen College with a BA in English and earned a MA and PhD from the Folklore Institute at Indiana University with minors in African-American Studies, American Studies, and Museum Studies. Along with his duties as Director, he coordinates EDUC-X152: Learning Strategies for the New College Student.
